Students Click Here. I have some stations not all that are not getting inbound events. Outbound dialing works okay, you also get the disconnect back if the PC opens the line. However stuff originating from the phone does not fire events.
Removed AV, shut off firewall. Not sure what else to do. Its not a problem on all PC’s, but I can’t seem to identify what the difference is. Hi there nmessick, Just wondering if you ever figured this out. I have exactly the same problem. Maybe port is in use or blocked by another application?

TAPI service providers are configured with Windows Control Panel. Start the Control Panel. Select Phone and Modem. Select the Advanced tab. We are using an Avaya voip phone system. When I located the TAPI drivers, they will not install on a Windows 10 PC.
